Terms & Conditions

The placing of an order will be deemed as acceptance by the customer of these terms and conditions.


Initial order to open an account for the Kit Heath brand is $1,500 (goods value), thereafter there is a minimum order value of $100.

Payment Terms

Our terms are strictly 30 days net. Customers may apply for a credit account using a Kit Heath Ltd account application form. Upon receipt of satisfactory references, a credit account will be opened. Please note that a credit referencing agency may be used in evaluating suitability for a credit account.

In all other cases payment will be required prior to delivery. We accept MasterCard and Visa, bank transfer or Check.

Overdue Accounts

Any payment which is outstanding and past the due date will be liable to a 2% per month finance charge. Kit Heath Ltd is entitled to withhold shipment if any prior invoices are past due.

Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Kit Heath Ltd until such time as all sums due by the customer have been paid in full to Kit Heath Ltd. The customer shall be entitled to deal with or sell the goods (and other products in which the goods are incorporated) at full market value in the normal course of its business, provided that the customer shall be liable to account to Kit Heath Ltd for the proceeds of such sale.


The prices in this catalogue supercede all previous prices. Prices are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Goods will be invoiced at the price current at the time of shipment.


Orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday, please allow 4-5 working days for delivery. Your invoice will be emailed on the day of shipment. Any queries regarding your delivery please contact us within 10 working days of receipt of your order.
Delivery Charge: Standard DHL rates will apply for orders under $400, order values above $400 will be sent free of charge. Any orders placed via our trade website under the value of $400 will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 per shipment.


Kit Heath Ltd is the owner of design rights and registered designs including jewellery designs, marketing and packaging materials.


Any items agreed for return must be shipped in an individual plastic bag with the Kit Heath item code clearly marked. Goods that require additional handling will incur a handling fee. Faulty items will be replaced provided that the damage has occurred prior to delivery to the customer or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault.

Items that Kit Heath Ltd considers to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.

Restrictions on the Sale of Goods

The customer may wish to offer for sale or to sell goods from their own website or over the internet, if so, the customer is required to obtain the written approval of Kit Heath Ltd. In such approval Kit Heath Ltd will specify the use of their trademarks, marketing and packaging materials. At any time permission for use can also be withdrawn by Kit Heath Ltd. The customer in respect of the Kit Heath brand must have no affiliation to Amazon, eBay or any other e-commerce sites or auction sites unless authorised by Kit Heath Ltd.


All Kit Heath jewellery in this catalogue is Sterling Silver. Product over 0.274oz is hallmarked in the UK.
